As part of Ericsson’s EAS Sourcing & Logistics organization, we are looking for a motivated Werkstudent Sourcing (m/f/d) to support our operational and strategic sourcing activities.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in areas such as RFx processes, supplier negotiations, bidding activities, supplier relationship management (SRM), dashboards, and sourcing controls. You will support the sourcing team as a first point of contact for operational topics and contribute to data-driven improvement initiatives within a global supply and sourcing environment.

This position is ideal for students who want to combine their studies with practical experience in sourcing within an international company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day sourcing activities including RFx processes, bidding, and supplier-related tasks,
  • Analyse sourcing-related data to identify trends and improvement opportunities,
  • Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPIs (e.g. Excel, Power BI),
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within sourcing operations,
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal sourcing meetings and workshops,
  • Work closely with cross-functional and international stakeholders

Your profile

  • You are currently enrolled (immatrikuliert) at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable field,
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data and KPIs.
  • You are confident using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
  • Knowledge of Power BI and/or SAP (e.g. S/4HANA) is an advantage,
  • You work in a structured, reliable, and proactive way,
  • You enjoy collaborating in an international and cross-functional environment,
  • You are fluent in English and German.
