• Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Koordination von Ausschreibungsprozessen
• Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Ausarbeitung von Angeboten und Pitches
• Pflege, Strukturierung und Aktualisierung von Daten in verschiedenen Tools und Plattformen
• Überwachung und Betreuung des gemeinsamen Team-Postfachs sowie Sicherstellung einer strukturierten, priorisierten und zuverlässigen Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen
• Aktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen im Bereich Sales Enablement
  
  

Das Bringst Du Mit

• Eingeschriebene:r Student:in (Studiengang offen)
• Noch mindestens 2 Semester verfügbar
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Eigenmotivation und eine proaktive Art – du wartest nicht auf Aufgaben, sondern bringst dich aktiv ein
• Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Themen selbstständig voranzutreiben
• Interesse an Sales, Projekten und organisatorischen Themen
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
