Position: Global Quality Program Management Intern
Brief Overview Of Role
Are you looking for 1 year high impact internship opportunity in a globally leading company? In this role, you’ll help shape how Quality is communicated across the business by improving our digital platforms, refreshing key materials, and supporting global initiatives such as World Quality Day. You will have an opportunity to optimize your creativity to support our team!
Your Key Accountabilities Include:
- Lead the redesign and continuous improvement of the Global Quality SharePoint site, ensuring content is engaging, structured, and user-friendly
- Support the optimisation and management of Microsoft Teams channels, improving navigation, usability, and collaboration
- Refresh and maintain Global Quality communication materials, including presentations, updates, and visual content aligned to brand standards
- Assist in the review, update, and standardisation of governance and training materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility
- Support the planning and delivery of global engagement initiatives, including World Quality Day (e.g. content creation, communications, coordination)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content meets business needs and drives engagement across regions
- Provide day-to-day support to the Global Quality team, including coordination activities and ad hoc project support
- A creative mindset with the ability to present information in a clear, visually appealing way
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a global team
- A strong willingness to learn
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools is beneficial, particularly:
- SharePoint (e.g. page creation, content management, and basic design principles)
- Microsoft Teams (channel organisation and collaboration features)
- PowerPoint (creating clear and engaging presentations)
