Your area of work

Clearstream Holding AG is seeking a talented and reliable intern for Global RM, Sales & Client Services. This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with good judgment. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action, "can-do" attitude and the ability to handle multiple requests and tasks simultaneously.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for coordinating with teams globally to support day-to-day operational and organizational activities
  • You will prepare and maintain recurring management and sales performance reports, providing structured insights and supporting decision-making
  • You will support the planning, coordination and documentation of a core cross-functional forum by preparing presentation materials, taking detailed meeting minutes and systematically tracking follow-up action items
  • You will support in the maintenance, governance and continuous enhancement of internal CRM systems, ensuring high data quality, consistency and usability
  • You will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the department SharePoint site and subsequent pages
  • Furthermore, you will support in planning, strategizing and executing various operational processes
  • In addition to these exciting tasks, you will be gaining comprehensive exposure to Sales, Relationship Management and Client Service processes within a global financial market infrastructure organization

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme with a recognized institution focusing on Finance, Business Administration or similar and can provide an internship agreement. Furthermore, we offer the possibility of an orientation internship,
  • whereby you are currently in a gap-year after your bachelor's or master's degree in the above-mentioned fields of study - in this case, an enrolment is not required. Students recently graduated / graduating soon may also apply
  • You have superior organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You have strong analytical skills, creativity and ability to break down complex topics into smaller operational steps and presentation skills to effectively communicate them to the Team or Management
  • You have the ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and drive topics forward with a high level of reliability
  • You are motivated by continuous learning and growth
  • Your professional experience in any organizational / operational role will be an asset
  • You have already gained advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Fundamental knowledge of SAP, SharePoint and Jira would be a big plus
  • You are fluent in English (both written and spoken)
