We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the GCP Cloud Platform Development team in the implementation and adoption of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Private Service Connect (PSC) capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cloud networking concepts and stakeholder coordination within a large enterprise environment.
You will work closely with cloud platform engineers, service producers, project managers, and stakeholders to help establish standardized processes, documentation, onboarding materials, and knowledge management practices for PSC-based services. You will have the opportunity to explore capital market dynamics, experience the implementation of modern technologies first-hand and gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company.
Your responsibilities:
- You will support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of PSC lifecycle processes, including service creation, modification, and decommissioning workflows
- You will collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders to ensure PSC processes align with enterprise governance requirements, standards, and interfacing systems
- Furthermore, you will gather stakeholder feedback and support the continuous improvement of PSC processes
- You will support the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Jira workflows, ensuring appropriate roles, permissions, and access management
- You will develop and maintain onboarding materials, how-to guides, FAQs, and PSC documentation, including a centralized knowledge base
- Additionally, you will support the onboarding and education of Service Producers on PSC concepts, responsibilities, and operational processes
Your profile
- You are enrolled in a state‑recognized university program, preferably in IT, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, or a related field
- Ideally, you have first exposure to cloud technologies (GCP and/or Azure) and basic project or program management tasks
- You have strong written communication skills with an interest in creating clear documentation, user guides, and process documentation
- You have the ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple workstreams and eager to learn new technologies, tools, and business processes
- Furthermore, you are proficient in English
