Aufgaben:
- Mitarbeit an spannenden Projekten innerhalb des Indirekten Einkaufs / Einkauf Nichthandelsware (Marketing & Sales)
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung eines neuen e-Procurement Tools
- Vorbereitung von Verhandlungsunterlagen und Terminen
- Teilnahme an Verhandlungen gemeinsam mit dem Einkäufer
- Verantwortung über eigene Projekte innerhalb des Indirekten Einkaufs
- Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen/ E-Learnings für unser Einkaufstool
- Optimierung/ Automatisierung von Templates in Excel
- Unterstützung im Einkaufscontrolling
- Du befindest dich aktuell in einem Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Controlling, Marketing oder vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im (indirekten) Einkauf mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den Office 365 Produkten (vor allem Excel)
- Du kannst sehr gut analytisch denken und bringst eine hohe Zahlenaffinität mit
- Digitale Affinität, Innovationsfreude und großes Interesse an technischen Entwicklungen in Kombination mit einer selbstständigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus
- Kommunikationsstärke, konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie Zuverlässigkeit runden Dein Profil ab
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und kannst ebenso Aufgaben eigenständig erledigen
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit
