The Impact You'll Make

As our Working Student AI Engineering (m/f/d), you’ll play a key role in enabling smarter engineering processes through AI driven automation and data insights.

Your impact? You will help accelerate the design, testing, and manufacturing of high performance power semiconductor modules by improving workflows, supporting predictive capabilities, and enhancing data quality. This will lead to faster innovation cycles and improved product reliability.

You’ll collaborate with AI engineers, domain experts, and business stakeholders within our Central Technology and Research department, taking ownership of AI agents, data workflows, and automation solutions to drive next-generation technologies and a more innovative, efficient future.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Apply AI and automation solutions to datasets related to the design, simulation, testing, and performance of SiC and IGBT power modules
  • Support the development and testing of AI agents using Copilot Studio and Power Automate
  • Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders on AI driven initiatives in power semiconductor design, manufacturing, and quality improvement
  • Use your skills in Python development, data handling, and automation to improve workflows, integrations, and solution performance
  • Support data preparation and cleansing for AI and automation projects and monitor solution performance metrics

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in Python programming and a strong ability to support automation and integration tasks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform or Azure AI services and an interest in LLM based solutions
  • Ability to work well in cross functional teams and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies
  • Strong communication skills in English written and spoken to collaborate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders
  • A mindset of curiosity, problem solving, and continuous improvement, ideally combined with basic knowledge in power electronics or electrical engineering
