Our AI Solution Team at the BMW Group brings the latest Data Science and Generative AI technologies to the company. We support the Customer, Brands and Sales divisions in exploring and implementing innovative use cases, covering the full range from Agentic AI workflows to Machine Learning models. You will gain valuable experience in a professional AI team during your internship.
What awaits you?
- You will support the exploration and development of AI use cases for our business.
- Furthermore, you help to explore and implement the latest agentic and generative AI algorithms, protocols, and techniques.
- Depending on your skills and interest, you will contribute to AI Agents, Vector Stores, RAG and Data Pipelines, Backend Development, Frontend Development or User Experience.
- In addition, you assist in the modernization and agentification of digital processes at BMW Group.
- Moreover, you help to research and keep up to date with developments in the Generative AI and Machine Learning space.
- Furthermore, you will support implementing relevant techniques and protocols in the context of your applications.
- Studies in computer science, electrical engineering or a related technical field.
- Solid coding skills in Python; TypeScript and Node.js experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in building applications powered by Large Language Models such as RAG, prompting, and evaluation.
- Fundamental understanding of generative AI and agentic workflows including models, tokenization, and context windows highly desired.
- Experience with frontend development, Figma and user experience is a plus.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services is a plus.
- Fluent English skills.
