The opportunity

Join our Talent team and learn how to build the team behind a global B2B platform.

A growing company is only as good as the people building it. You'll help find outstanding talent, take ownership of hiring projects, and shape how people experience Consultport, from their first conversation with us to their first day and beyond. You'll test new ideas, work closely with hiring managers, and see how the people you help bring on board contribute to our growth.

You'll learn how to spot talent, build relationships, and turn ideas into better ways of working across four exciting areas:

1. Talent Sourcing & Hiring

• Find and engage outstanding candidates through LinkedIn, targeted outreach, and professional networks. Test new approaches to reach people who aren't actively looking.
• Take ownership of open roles, from writing job ads and running screening calls to coordinating interviews and supporting offers with hiring managers.

2. Employer Brand & University Partnerships

• Build relationships with leading universities, student societies, and career teams to connect with ambitious students across Europe.
• Bring Consultport's story to life through job campaigns, career events, and content that gives candidates a real feel for our team and opportunities.

3. AI & Hiring Operations

• Use our applicant tracking system and hiring data to spot bottlenecks, improve candidate communication, and keep hiring moving.
• Test AI tools and automations for research, outreach drafts, and interview coordination, freeing up more time for conversations with candidates.

4. People & Culture

• Help new joiners hit the ground running by improving onboarding and making their first weeks welcoming, clear, and productive.
• Turn team feedback into practical improvements and bring ideas for team events, learning initiatives, and everyday collaboration to life.

What makes you a great fit

• Ambitious & driven: You're eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.
• Strong academic background: You're pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, or a related field, with strong academic results.
• Analytical & creative: You enjoy working with numbers and developing new ideas.
• Entrepreneurial: You take initiative, think independently, and get things done.
• Tech & AI enthusiast: You're excited about digital platforms, technology, and AI.
• Great communicator: You have excellent English communication skills.

Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or a startup is a plus, but your curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn matter most.
