- Organisation und Durchführung des Bewerbermanagements
- Ausarbeitung und Mitarbeit bei verschiedenen HR-Projekten und -events
- Verantwortung für die Dokumentation und Pflege sämtlicher Personaldaten
- Überwachungen von Terminen und Deadlines
- Immatrikulation in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang (z. B. Wirtschaftspsychologie, BWL, International Business etc.) mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Personalmanagement
- Sehr selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikative und offene Art
- Teamfähigkeit
- Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Interessantes und abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet in einem international tätigen Konzern
- Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen und Anregungen in ein dynamisches Team einzubringen und neben dem Studium erste wertvolle Praxiserfahrungen zu sammeln
