About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Intern/Working Student to join our team for a dynamic, hands-on experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Growth team and Founder, gaining exposure to diverse aspects of marketing and helping us take our presence to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Marketing: Elevate our online presence by supporting the development and daily execution of our growth and expansion strategy.
- Demand & Lead Generation: Assist in optimizing demand and lead generation campaigns across performance marketing channels (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and take ownership of operational activities.
- CRM & Marketing Automation: Gain insights into Salesforce and support optimizing customer journeys to boost awareness, generate leads, and drive business customer acquisition.
- Content Marketing: Contribute to content planning, creation, and distribution to achieve our content marketing goals.
- Event Management: Plan and organize events with guerilla marketing to boost ClearOps awareness in a totally new way.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English (at least B2 level in written communication).
- Ability to work independently, take the lead on projects, and contribute creative ideas.
- Familiarity with social media channels and a strong ambition to learn more about marketing technology.
- Interest in technology, supply chains, and start-up-related topics, with basic knowledge in these areas.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with design tools like Canva and Figma would be great.
