Description provided by Temedica

Let's win together

As a Working Student - Marketing (f/m/d), you will get hands-on exposure across the full marketing stack, from product positioning and CRM journeys to growth campaigns and content creation. You will work closely with our Engagement Marketing, Product Marketing, and Growth & Performance areas in our team, contributing to real projects that reach patients and pharma partners alike. This is not a sideline role. You will take ownership of tasks from day one and see your work ship.

Content, Copy & Asset Creation

  • Create and edit content and marketing assets across channels: email newsletters, app articles, social media posts, flyers, event materials, and more, in both German and English, with a sharp eye for tone and clarity.
  • Support presentation design and deck layouting for internal and external audiences using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Figma.

Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across product, commercial, and design teams to gather inputs, align on deliverables, and keep projects moving.
  • Support preparation of materials for partner-facing and pharma stakeholder touchpoints.

CRM & Engagement Marketing

  • Assist with CRM journey documentation, copy QA, and segment logic across all products.
  • Help maintain and improve content for lifecycle campaigns across our patient apps and other engagement initiatives.

Product Marketing & Growth

  • Support product marketing with competitive research, positioning materials, and launch prep.
  • Contribute to growth and performance marketing workflows, reporting, and channel experimentation.

AI-Powered Workflows

  • Actively use and document AI tools to speed up content production, research, and creative tasks.
  • Help the team build repeatable, AI-assisted marketing workflows.

Data Understanding & Reporting

  • Help prepare regular marketing reports, dashboards, and spend overviews across B2C and B2B activities as well as campaign tracking.
  • Identify trends and anomalies in data and flag insights that can improve campaign efficiency and budget allocation.

What you bring to the table

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Native-level German and fluent English. You write clearly and confidently in both, and you care about the difference between good and great copy.
  • A genuine interest in AI tools and how they change creative and marketing work. You experiment, not just observe.
  • Solid design instincts and experience with presentation or design tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, or similar).
  • Comfortable with data. You can read a dashboard, spot a trend, and translate numbers into a clear takeaway.
  • Comfortable switching contexts quickly. One day it's a campaign brief, the next it's a CRM copy review or a stakeholder deck.
  • Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented. You follow through.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with tools like Notion, Linear, Customer.io, or HubSpot.
  • Basic knowledge of paid social or performance channels.
  • Any prior exposure to healthcare, pharma, or regulated content environments.
