For our boutique in Hamburg we are looking for a Retail Working Student with passion and drive. This opportunity will provide you insights into the luxury fashion industry as well as an understanding of our corporate culture. As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Being an ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and helping the boutique team on the floor with ensuring a welcoming client focused environment
• Keeping the boutique floor clean and ensuring safety of our products on the shop floor
• Assist the stock team in ensuring daily replenishment of shopping bags, gift boxes and packaging
• Offering best in class service - like wrapping gifts, packing, and unpacking boxes and organizing the stock
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience to our clients during their boutique stay
• Tending to special needs and wishes of our client
  
  

Profile

• Currently enrolled at a German university
• Desiring to develop a career in luxury retail and a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison Christian Dior
• Client-oriented approach and solutions-oriented attitude as well as a positive mindset
• High level of communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced and luxury environment
• Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
