Join our I&AD Ceramic Solutions department and support diverse operational and project-related tasks, with a structured onboarding that enables you to quickly contribute to the team
Your Tasks
- Contribute to development projects in close collaboration with internal departments and, where applicable, external partners
- Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of laboratory experiments
- Participate in technical discussions and idea generation, helping to develop practical solutions
- Independently carry out predefined experimental plans after an initial training period
- Ensure reliable documentation and evaluation of experimental results
- Completed vocational training or a degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, or similar)
- Initial hands-on experience in a laboratory or development environment is an advantage
- Structured, precise, and independent working style
- Strong team spirit and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Good communication skills and solid technical understanding
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
