Werkstudent (m/w/d) Technischer Einkauf / Procurement Support im Service

Deine Aufgaben
- Du legst Bestellanforderungen (BANF) und Bestellungen im SAP-System (Modul MM) an
- Du pflegst und optimierst Material- und Lieferantenstammdaten sowie Einkaufsinfosätze direkt im System
- Du überwachst im dynamischen Umfeld des Ersatzteilmanagements Liefertermine für Ersatzteile und Komponenten
- Du prüfst Auftragsbestätigungen und mahnst bei Verzug eigenständig an
- Du unterstützt unsere Teamleitung bei der Implementierung eines neuen Prozesses zur Nachschubsteuerung
- Studium: Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieruwesen, Maschinenbau, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
- Know-how: Erste praktische erfahrungen mit SAP, Modul MM oder S/4HANA von Vorteil, sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel für Auswertungen und Reporting
- Persönlichkeit & Arbeitsweise: Strukturiertes, verantwortungsbewusstes und eigenständiges Arbeiten, sicheres Auftreten
- Sprachen: Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
