Your Tasks
The Supply Chain Sustainability & Value Management team is responsible for driving sustainability and value engineering initiatives within the supply chain organization to optimize costs, product performance, and efficiency while delivering our sustainability commitments. This role involves collecting and analysing data and processes, identifying issues and areas for improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive execution.

The Supply Chain Sustainability & Value Management team is responsible for driving sustainability and value engineering initiatives within the supply chain organization to optimize costs, product performance, and efficiency while delivering our sustainability commitments. This role involves collecting and analysing data and processes, identifying issues and areas for improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive execution.
- Support of the Supply Chain Sustainability & Value Management team.
- Preparation of top management presentations.
- Support reporting of Value Engineering savings and global Transport emissions.
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and improvement of organizational processes, structures and systems.
- Conduct analysis to identify value engineering or decarbonization potentials and clarifying these potentials with the other involved functions (e.g., R&D, packaging development, MU logistics, procurement etc.).
- Support selected value engineering and transport projects.
- Advanced studies in engineering, management, controlling, ideally with a focus on engineering or finance.
- Enrolled during the whole working student time in bachelor or masters studies.
- The role requires partial on-site presence in line with company regulations.
- First experience from previous internships or working student positions, preferably within management consulting or data collection and analysis.
- Proficiency in programs such as Power Point, Excel, and Power BI.
- Distinct understanding on numbers, analytical thinking.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and challenge status quo.
- Self-motivated and diplomatic skills.
- Fluent in English.
