Your Tasks

From your first weeks you will work alongside our Global Brand Managers on running projects, bring your own ideas to the table and get a genuine seat in the room. You will bring creativity, helping bring our brand and our consumer engagement to life, but also learn the operational perspective, helping keep our global projects moving.

  • Support global brand projects for NIVEA Face category
  • Turn consumer, market and competitor trends as well as data points into actionable insights
  • Create launch materials, toolkits, assortment overviews and market handovers
  • Coordinate timelines, stakeholders and project tasks across functions
  • Contribute ideas to innovation topics and future pipelines
  • Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related field or in a gap year
  • Beauty, FMCG or lifestyle experience is a plus
  • You are structured and detail-oriented
  • You take pride in managing timelines, coordinating across people and markets, and keeping projects on track
  • You have a hands-on mentality
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • You write and speak with clarity and energy
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
  • You are available immediately

Weekly hours

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.
