Brand & Channel Support
- Assist in audits of paid social, search, email/SMS, and landing pages
- Help analyze creative performance, funnel flow, and messaging consistency
- Support competitor research and category trend analysis
- Document findings and present insights internally
- Help build quarterly brand roadmaps including testing ideas, budget allocation drafts, and channel priorities
- Support brand story development, messaging frameworks, and positioning documents
- Assist in preparing QBR and onboarding strategy decks
- Work with paid social and search teams to review campaign structures, audiences, and creative mix
- Assist retention team with email/SMS calendar planning, segmentation, and performance review
- Help track promotions, spend changes, and test results
- Monitor dashboards (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, open rates, CTR, AOV)
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance summaries
- Document learnings and optimization ideas for senior strategists
- Coordinate with Creative Strategists to gather assets and feedback
- Join internal strategy calls to learn how decisions are made
- Escalate blockers and clarify tasks with your mentor or manager
- Sit in on client strategy calls and QBRs for learning purposes
- Help prepare client-facing materials and follow-up notes
- Learn how to explain performance insights and growth levers clearly
- How to build and execute DTC brand strategy across paid and owned channels
- How to read performance data and translate it into action
- How brand positioning, creative, and media work together
- How to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced agency environment
- How MAG operates at scale using SOPs, dashboards, and documentation
- Strong interest in DTC brands, performance marketing, and eCommerce
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or email marketing (hands-on experience is a plus)
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
- Willing to take feedback and apply it quickly
- A computer with dual monitor setup is required
- Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
- 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day
