- Mit deinem kreativen Gespür gestaltest du Texte, Grafiken und Materialien für unsere internen und externen Kommunikationskanäle.
- Du entwickelst aufmerksamkeitsstarke Inhalte für Social Media, unsere Website sowie für Broschüren und Präsentationen.
- Als Schnittstelle zwischen Markenkommunikation und Recruiting greifst du Trends auf Instagram und TikTok auf und entwickelst daraus zielgerichtete Kampagnen.
- Du übernimmst das Drehen und Schneiden von Kurzvideos und bringst unsere Themen visuell auf den Punkt.
- Im Marketingteam unterstützt du bei der Planung und Organisation von Messen und Events und bringst deine Ideen aktiv ein.
- Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Videoschnitt-Tools (z. B. CapCut, Canva, Adobe)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Social Media und verschiedenen Content-Formaten
- Interesse an IT sowie an moderner Unternehmenskultur und digitalen Trends
- Persönlich gefallen uns besonders deine Kreativität, deine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, dein Organisationstalent und deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
