What You Can Expect

  • In this role, you contribute to documenting and continuously improving Material Master Data processes, roles, and governance concepts.
  • Together with your team, you analyse existing process landscapes and support the identification of opportunities to improve transparency, standardisation, and efficiency.
  • In close collaboration with stakeholders, you create and maintain process maps, work instructions, training materials, and documentation that helps teams access and share knowledge effectively.
  • Additionally, you support the documentation of material master data as well as the related processes, guidelines, and interdependencies within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Lastly, you will make an important contribution to improving data quality, data governance, and compliance, as well as support reporting, dashboard creation, and process performance monitoring.


What You Offer

  • ongoing studies in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a process focus, or a comparable field
  • initial experience in business processes, master data management, data governance, or process documentation is an advantage
  • interest in structuring complex topics and presenting information in a clear and user-friendly way
  • good knowledge of Microsoft Office; first experience with SAP and ideally with Power BI, Power Automate, Visio, SharePoint, Power Apps, or documentation tools such as Confluence, SAP Enable Now, or Collibra
  • a self-organised yet collaborative way of working, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for learning, sharing knowledge, and supporting others
