Accelerate Tomorrow AI Summit (ATS) 2026 is Germany’s leading executive event focused on AI transformation at scale. On 2–3 June 2026, we bring together 2,000 senior business leaders, 200+ top-level speakers, and AI pioneers in Berlin to move from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide impact.
To deliver exceptional value to our sponsors and partners, we are looking for a Partner Success Manager (Intern) to own the end-to-end implementation of all partnership services.
The Role
As a Partner Success Manager (Intern), you are the main point of contact for our sponsors and partners during the entire implementation phase.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Event Operations, and Marketing to make sure all agreed services are delivered at the highest level.
Your Mission With Us:
- Partner Acquisition & Growth: Identify and approach partners aligned with ATS and develop tailored partnership proposals
- Partner Communication & Experience: Lead partner onboarding sessions and act as the main point of contact for partners, providing ongoing and proactive support
- Partner Implementation & Coordination: Develop clear briefing materials outlining timelines and deliverables, and coordinate with partners on these deliverables
- On-Site Management: Welcome and manage partners on-site, oversee booths and sponsored sessions, and ensure all contractual services meet standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience or exposure to event coordination, sales, partner/customer success, or working with senior executives/high-level stakeholders is a plus
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, or similar)
- A results-driven mindset, with a history of being a top performer
- Team player who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required, German is a plus)
