Accelerate Tomorrow AI Summit (ATS) 2026 is Germany’s leading executive event focused on AI transformation at scale. On 2–3 June 2026, we bring together 2,000 senior business leaders, 200+ top-level speakers, and AI pioneers in Berlin to move from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide impact.
To deliver a premium, executive-level experience, we are looking for an Event Operations Manager (Intern) to take full ownership of on-site and pre-event logistics.
The Role
As Event Operations Manager (Intern), you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all operational aspects of ATS 2026.
You will work closely with Partnerships, Speaker Operations, Marketing, and external vendors to bring the summit to life.
Your Mission With Us
- Event Planning: Lead ATS’s operational planning, including timelines and run-of-show documentation, ensuring logistics are aligned across program, partners, and attendees
- Vendor & Venue Management: Coordinate venue operations and manage all external vendors, ensuring contracts and deliverables are executed as agreed
- On-Site Management: Lead event-day operations, oversee room and stage setups, signage, and tech fail build-up, ensure sessions are on time and run smoothly
- Tech Fair Management: Coordinate exhibition logistics and format setup for 100+ AI solution providers, ensuring space planning aligns with partner and program needs
- Process & Risk Management: Develop standard operating procedures and contingency plans, and anticipate and mitigate risks
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead on-site execution
- Confident working with venues, vendors, and production teams
- Experience or exposure to event operations or large-scale event management is a plus
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments is a plus
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Highly detail-oriented and solution-oriented
- A results-driven mindset, with a history of being a top performer
- Team player who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required, German is a plus)
