Job Description
- Contribute to an exciting implementation project focused on automating data flows within the Supply Chain
- Assist in the project management of strategic optimization initiatives across our Supply Chain Operations
- Support the onboarding process for new partners connecting to our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) interface as well as monitoring existing data flows through EDI and our Partner Portal (Scayle)
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments as well as external stakeholders and suppliers
- Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) within our reporting dashboards
- Perform operational adjustments to the data conversion system and manage the underlying data structure
- Create and update comprehensive documentation to ensure long-term process stability and knowledge transfer
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Digital Management, or a related field of study
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently, structurally, and with strong attention to detail
- High level of flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility
- Additional IT skills are a plus
