- Vorbereitung und Prüfung von Daten zu eingereichten Änderungsanträgen, die innerhalb der Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung bearbeitet werden sollen
- Aufbereiten von Metadaten zur monatlichen Überprüfung der Auslastung des Unternehmens in Bezug auf technische Änderungen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Trainingsmaterialien in Bezug auf die Handhabung von Änderungen im Product Lifecycle Management System
- Unterstützung bei der Administration der gesamten Change Management Umgebung im Product Lifecycle Management System
- Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotentialen in Bezug auf Forschungs- und Entwicklungsthemen
- Unterstützung der gesamten Sustaining Organisation
- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit AI zur automatisierten Datenanalyse von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Excel
- Zuverlässige, eigenständige und ergebnisorientierte Persönlichkeit
