Sales Development Representative in Energy Sales – Working Student / Intern for 6 month contract in Berlin

Build outbound sales from the ground up, working directly with the CEO. Your path: prove the model, then step into leading the SDR team or moving into Key Account Management.

What you'll do

• Cold-call and prospect to book qualified demos with German industrial SMEs
• Master the existing sales script, then iterate and develop new messaging
• Source leads and map the target landscape of business energy consumers
• Manage the pipeline diligently in CRM

Who this is for

• Studying Business, Economics, Engineering, or related (full-time, working student, or 6-month intern)
• Fluent in German (native/near-native), strong communicator
• Self-starter who's genuinely excited to pick up the phone
• Wants a role that can rapidly evolve into Head of SDR or KAM
• Comfortable learning modern CRM and workflow tools
