This is an onsite position.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Technical and organizational support for the Global Seals Engineering department
• Participation in various projects for the validation and improvement of new and existing production processes, with a focus on injection molding, stamping and forming technology, and assembly technology
• Execution of sub-projects aimed at improving existing equipment and procuring new machines, systems, and facilities
• Preparation of documentation for existing and planned processes and equipment
• Preparation of reports, analyses, evaluations, plans, and overviews
  
  

Education

• Ongoing studies in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  
  

Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Strong technical understanding
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Good communication skills, outgoing personality, and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Initial experience with statistical process analysis is desirable
