Working student in Community Management

Your responsibilities would include…

• Community & Social Media Management: Actively managing and operating our communities on social media platforms, with a strong focus on Reddit and Facebook.
• Proactive Communication: Driving professional, engaging, and proactive communication within our communities, representing our brand voice accurately.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering closely with our medical working student, who will support you by verifying and fact-checking complex medical topics before they are communicated to the community.
• SEO Optimization: Conducting keyword research and applying insights to optimize content targeting, improving rankings, and expanding overall reach.
• Technical SEO & Content: Supporting the creation and implementation of SEO basics (structured data, metadata, snippets) and creating SEO-focused content briefings.
• CMS Maintenance: Maintaining and updating content within our content management system (e.g., Webflow).
• Project & Content Strategy: Assisting with planning guidelines, supporting ticketing processes, and contributing to broader content strategies (e.g., TikTok or other social channels).

• Language Skills: Have excellent German skills (C1) to ensure complex topics are communicated flawlessly and professionally without any language barriers.
• Community Experience: Bring solid experience in managing social media communities (specifically Reddit, Facebook, or similar platforms) and ideally have a background in developing engaging content strategies.
• Project Management: Bring strong organizational skills, ideally with initial experience using project management tools such as Jira.
• Working Style: Are highly proactive, work independently, and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical Mindset: Have a good understanding of data, enjoy analytical thinking, and possess a strong problem-solving mindset.
