- Actively support colleagues in their projects and formulate clear recommendations.
- Gather and analyze information (e.g., marketing research, competitor benchmarking, tech scouting). Present ideas and research findings to colleagues.
- Prepare high-quality materials for colleagues and clients (e.g., reports, presentations, business case estimations).
- Support of operational activities including business development, social media management and team activities.
- Master’s degree with outstanding record of academic achievement
- Consulting experience and/or experience in the life sciences/pharma industry is required
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities
- Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on can-do attitude and proactivity with a high level of commitment
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to communicate convincingly in English, German knowledge is a plus
- Availability to join our team ideally for 6 months starting from September 2026
- Note that we expect at least 80% onsite attendance in our office in Munich

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Beratung in Munich für dich bedeutet — Vergütungsregeln, Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
