Your mission

As a Working Student in Graphic Design (all genders), you will support the creation and execution of visually compelling designs that align with VÆRIDION’s vision and resonate with our audience. You will contribute to the development of brand assets across various channels, helping ensure consistency and quality in everything from product branding to digital content and marketing or brand campaigns.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for digital channels (social media, websites, email marketing) and physical touchpoints (brochures, posters, etc.).
  • Lead and manage graphic design projects from concept through execution, ensuring all designs adhere to branding guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
  • Prepare creative assets for social media campaigns, editorial content, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with project coordinators and team members to meet deadlines, communicate project statuses, and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual communications.

Your profile

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • First practical experience in graphic design (e.g., internships, university projects, freelance work, or student initiatives).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or Canva.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in 3D modelling tools such as Blender is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing creative design projects, demonstrating a good eye for detail, layout, color, and typography.
  • Interest in branding and visual storytelling.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn, with a hands-on and self-starter mindset.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in aviation and sustainable technologies is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Our Compensation Philosophy:  Compensation is determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications and education, performance, level of responsibility, required skills and competencies, and the scarcity or uniqueness of expertise in the relevant field. 
VÆRIDION applies these criteria consistently to ensure fair and equitable compensation for employees performing the same work or work of equal value.
Salary: 17,50€ per hour

About us

VÆRIDION is a fast-growing deep tech start-up based in Munich, Germany. Since the restrictions by law on CO2 emissions for domestic and short-haul air travel will stimulate Green Regional Air Mobility, we believe it's our mission to provide an aircraft for Zero emission regional flights.  
At VÆRIDION our goal is to develop, build and certify a full electric microliner carrying up to 9 passengers for Short-Haul and Regional Air Mobility by 2030. A full electric microliner is cleaner and cheaper to operate than other aeroplanes in its class, it  provides a better travel experience door to door up to 500 km. We offer new optimized design based on proven principles, around  proven and available technology in electric motors and batteries, that brings lowest risk and shortest route to certification.

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
