Intern HR Organizational Development & Learning (m/f/d)

What you will do

Do you want to help shape tesa's global Learning and Development program as an intern? Then become part of our Learning & Development team and actively support a wide range of global learning initiatives.

• You will contribute to the conception, planning and implementation of various global projects
• You will take on your own smaller projects in personnel development and related areas
• You will be actively involved in day-to-day business in a national and international environment, including the preparation and follow-up of trainings and workshops (virtual and in person) as well as quality management
• You research and identify external training providers for new training programs
• You support administrative training management via our learning management system and manage learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning
• You research and report on new trends and developments in the area of Learning & Development
  
  
  

What you will need

• You are currently studying a relevant field such as humanities, social sciences, economics or (business) psychology, ideally in a Master’s program, or are currently in a gap year preparing to start a Master’s degree
• You have a strong interest in Learning & Development, personnel development and modern learning technologies and ideally some first practical experience in these areas
• You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicate confidently in English, ideally also in German
• You have solid MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• You are a motivated, structured and proactive team player with an interest in future work trends (e.g. AI)
• You are available for a period of 6 months
