For our team based in Munich, we are looking for a Intern who will support the entire marketing function with a focus on campaigns, events & product marketing execution.
Your Role
As a Marketing Intern, you will support a broad range of marketing activities, including event marketing, campaign execution, and product marketing initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, product marketing, customer success, and business development, contributing to the successful execution of marketing initiatives and supporting lead generation and customer engagement efforts.
Event Marketing & Execution
- Support the planning and coordination of events such as conferences, internal events, quarterly review meeting, webinars, and trade shows
- Assist in event logistics, including invitations, registrations, attendee communication, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., agencies, venues, service providers)
- Support post-event activities such as lead tracking, reporting, and follow-up campaigns
Campaign & Marketing Operations
- Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., email, social media, digital platforms)
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing assets (e.g., emails, landing pages, content pieces)
- Contribute to campaign performance tracking and reporting activities
- Support the maintenance of marketing systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools)
Product Marketing Support
- Support the development and refinement of product and solution messaging for RMP offerings (e.g., Location Risk Intelligence)
- Assist in the creation of sales enablement materials, presentations, and product-related content
- Contribute to go-to-market activities, including product launches and integrated campaigns
- Support the translation of product capabilities into clear and targeted value propositions
Content & Communication Support
- Support the creation of content for social media, newsletters, and event-related communication
- Assist in maintaining and updating content and campaign calendars
- Ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with brand guidelines across marketing materials
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, sales, customer success, and business development teams to ensure alignment across initiatives
- Support the coordination of internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of marketing activities
- Gain insights into end-to-end B2B marketing processes within an international environment
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in B2B marketing, campaigns, product marketing, and events
- Structured and detail-oriented working style with strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Proactive and reliable team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- First experience with MS Office; familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is an advantage

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
