Responsibilities

We are looking for an Intern/Work Student Website (all genders) to support in updating and editing webpage content and assist in other web-related tasks and projects, as necessary. In this role, you will be part of a team that works together to maintain TeamViewer’s global online presence at www.teamviewer.com.

• Making timely updates and edits to existing webpages based on provided requests and instructions, maintaining the integrity of the overall website structure. This includes working with components and templates using the website content management system (CMS).
• Implementing content by proofreading and copy editing. This includes mechanical editing (punctuation, capitalization, spelling, abbreviations) and minor substantive editing (headings, subheads, brand terminology).
• Collaborating with content, design, and product teams to implement enhancements and updates.
• Reviewing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Providing organizational support by keeping track of ongoing website initiatives, maintaining clear documentation, and helping ensure follow-ups and day-to-day activities are completed smoothly.
  
  

Requirements

• Enrolled student in higher education for languages, technical writing, international business, or a related field. The internship must be a compulsory part of your studies and take at least 5-6 months.
• Experience with content management systems (AEM, Sitecore, WordPress) is a strong benefit.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors in content and formatting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and willingness to apply these in a collaborative manner with the rest of team and organization.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English is mandatory. German and further languages are a plus.

• €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract
• €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract
• €1,400 for a full-time internship position
