Support Supply Chain Excellence at STADA
As a Working Student in the External Supply Organization (ESO) Global Specialties, you will help drive operational efficiency in supply chain and procurement activities. Your role will focus on order management, system data maintenance, shipment coordination, and supporting process improvements. Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and markets, you will gain valuable experience in managing pharmaceutical supply operations within a global and dynamic environment.
What You Can Expect
- You convert Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO) and support order processing activities.
- You manage quantity adjustments, confirmations, delivery address updates, and price adjustments in purchase orders.
- You request necessary approvals and process finalized orders to vendors.
- You maintain and update order confirmations, statistical data records, and Z1 confirmations.
- You support system and ordering process changes, including updates in the Orderbook and maintenance of SAP purchasing inforecords, vendor master data, and SKU master data.
- You assist with Service/Scope of Requests (SORs) and Management of Change (MOCs), including preparing documentation and participating in meetings related to quantity changes.
- You coordinate shipments, monitor quality release prioritization, and communicate shipping updates to markets.
- You contribute to special assignments, gaining exposure to various aspects of the global pharmaceutical supply chain.
- You are currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- You show a strong interest in supply chain operations within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
- You have excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; previous experience with ERP or supply chain software is a plus.
- You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively within a diverse and international team.
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is an advantage but not mandatory.
- You are committed to adhering to high standards of quality and compliance within industry regulations.
