What do you contribute?

• You will support the technical and commercial project management team in coordinating and executing projects.
• You will prepare documentation and presentations in English for internal and external meetings, e.g., for customer discussions and management reporting.
• You will conduct analysis on project-related issues with different stakeholders in the project value chain.
• You will independently plan and facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• You will automate and visualize processes using Power Automate and AI tools
• In addition, you will contribute to and drive project initiatives. Following up with all project team members to create solutions in time and budget.
• You will support the optimization of processes and workflows.
• You will work on creating standards that can be re-used across a portfolio of more than 20 different projects.
  
  

What do you bring along?

• You are studying Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
• You have excellent MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, with outstanding presentation design capabilities.
• Ideally, you have experience with MS Power Automate and AI tools.
• You convince us with strong communication skills and an analytical, solution-oriented mindset.
• You have very good written and spoken English skills.

Attractive conditions

With us you will receive an attractive salary. You start with 15,17€ per hour and receive 19,36€ per hour from the 7th month.
