What do you contribute?
- As our new working student (f/m/d), you will convert existing ideas into tools by developing new technology within Siemens use.
- You will work with us to extend the existing tools as well as create new tools using Mendix (low-code programming).
- You are available as a contact person for stakeholders and user support and will also contribute to requirements engineering, development and implementation, and documentation.
- You are studying computer science or business informatics and are available to us for approx. 16-20 hours per week.
- You have intermediate experience and knowledge of Mendix or similar low code platforms.
- Additionally, you have basic knowledge of data modelling and SQL data bases, as well as good knowledge and experience in web programming such as CSS, HTML.
- Furthermore, you have an affinity for programming. Knowledge and basic experience in a programming language such as C#, C++ or similar are of advantage.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Forms, knowledge in PowerBI is an advantage.
- Knowledge of version control systems, like Github or GitLab, is another plus.
- You have a basic understanding of agile development methods like SCRUM, and having used tools such as Jira or Confluence is an advantage.
- You are proactive, problem solving, openly communicating, and feeling responsible for your tasks.
- You speak English fluently; knowledge of German is an advantage.

Attractive conditions
With us you will receive an attractive salary. You start with 15,17€ per hour and receive 19,36€ per hour from the 7th month.
