For our Operations area, we are looking for a Working Student (x|f|m) for a minimum of 12 months starting in August 2026. In this role, you will support the team in further developing our cell line development platform for the production of biopharmaceuticals and work on-site in Ulm an average of three days per week.

As a Working Student, you benefit in two ways: you gain valuable professional experience while earning money alongside your studies. With a workload of 10–15 hours per week, you can continue to focus fully on your studies.

Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities

Support the team in daily laboratory operations, including weekend and public holiday work. The following activities are carried out in the laboratory:

  • Passaging mammalian cells in various culture formats
  • Daily maintenance of bioprocesses operated in fed-batch or perfusion mode
  • Monitoring and documenting relevant process parameters

What Will Convince Us

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • Initial experience working under sterile conditions and handling mammalian cell lines
  • High level of motivation and flexibility
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Structured working style and solution-oriented mindset
