What You´ll Build
As a working student in the global P&C Business Partner team for the Board Area People & Culture your main tasks will be to:
The global People & Culture (HR) Business Partner team forms strategic partnership with business leaders across SAP. They provide strategic consulting and planning, manage transformation and cultural shifts, drive meaningful performance and rewards decisions, and support our people to grow and succeed – supported by analytical insights. This role is your chance to become part of the P&C Business Partner Team for the Board Area People & Culture.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

What You´ll Build
As a working student in the global P&C Business Partner team for the Board Area People & Culture your main tasks will be to:
- actively support the P&C Business Partner & PMO in their daily work, pursuing operational and strategic tasks (e. g. organizational changes) and in the execution of core HR processes (e. g. talent management processes, employee surveys)
- pull and analyze HR reports to different KPIs (e. g. career level or regional distribution)
- be actively involved in project work (e. g. reorganizations)
- assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops (e.g. workshops to improve employee engagement in a team)
- research on various strategic HR topics (e.g. organizational set-up of an organization, change management, digital transformation of HR)
- Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: HR, business administration, psychology or related
- Computer skills:Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word
- Language skills: Excellent written and spoken business communication skills in English and German
- Soft skills:
- Excellent planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work
- Independently and solution oriented, strong analytical skills, detail orientation
- Others:Reliability
- Working from Walldorf office is required
