You as part of tonies:
As our Working Student in Content Operations, you will support the Content team in preparing, importing, and publishing our multi-language audio content. You will help ensure figurine and audio mapping is correct, metadata is complete, and every Tonie reaches children and families across all our markets in perfect condition. By joining our centralized team, you’ll contribute to harmonized global workflows and support seamless product launches worldwide, playing a key role in maintaining the operational heartbeat of our content pipeline and helping ensure everything runs smoothly, up to the final release.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Execute audio ingestion and uploads for physical Tonies and digital formats across all markets, following standardized workflows and ensuring metadata, images, and audio files are prepared and formatted correctly and ingested in time
- Help manage our content management and publishing tools, uploading and updating assets for new and existing releases and processing clean-up requests
- Assist in quality checks to ensure accurate tagging, naming, and formatting, and support pre and post-launch troubleshooting, including urgent takedowns, metadata corrections, and playback fixes.
- Collaborate with the global and local Content, Portfolio and Marketing teams on content calendars, timelines, and publishing operations
- Communicate with licensing partners about asset availability, deadlines and format requirements, and help store deliverables in the correct storage locations
- Document workflows and identify efficiency improvements in day-to-day tasks
- Provide support for special content projects, campaigns, or platform updates
What we are looking for:
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (preferably in Media, Music / Digital Business, Information Management, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail – you love clean data, correct names, and accurate metadata
- A genuine interest in audio content, publishing, or kids’ entertainment
- Comfortable using digital tools and ideally familiar with content management systems
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic and multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in English, listening/reading/writing proficiency in either German or French would be preferred
