Build a global company from the inside:

NORITUAL LAB is building a global matcha company across Japan, Europe, and the US. In just two years, we've grown from zero to eight figures in revenue without external capital. Today, we serve 600+ café and hospitality partners across Europe, are scaling rapidly across DTC and new retail channels, seeing strong growth in the US, and building our operation in Japan.

We've built this with a lean team and are still early. Our next stage is about turning that growth into a global company: expanding into new markets and channels while building the financial infrastructure, supply chain, systems, and organization required for the next level of scale.

We're looking for a Founder's Associate Intern to take ownership of one of those challenges.

What you'll do:

You'll work directly with the founders and leadership team and own one important company priority from problem to implementation. This is not a hypothetical internship project. You'll work on something the company genuinely needs solved.

Depending on your strengths, that could mean:

• Finance & Performance: Build the KPI and management reporting system the founders use to run the company
• International Expansion: Work on our financial and operating structure across Germany and Japan
• Retail: Help launch NORITUAL LAB into major German retailers
• Supply Chain: Strengthen the systems behind a rapidly scaling international supply chain
• B2B: Build the infrastructure required to serve and grow 600+ hospitality partners

You'll start with an ambiguous problem. Your job is to understand it, structure it, make decisions, bring the right people together, and get something working. You'll work directly with founders, external advisors, customers, suppliers, and partners — and present and defend your work to the people making the decisions.

Who we're looking for:

We care less about where you are in your career than how quickly you're moving. This role is particularly suited to people who want to build something of their own one day. You'll get a close-up view of what it takes to scale a company across markets.

You may have:

• Built something from zero
• Taken on responsibility far beyond your role or age
• Led something and produced a measurable result
• Become exceptionally good at something through your own initiative
• Found a way to make something happen when there wasn't an obvious path

You should be analytical, highly resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and impatient to make things happen. We don't expect you to know everything. We expect you to figure things out.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Start date: Rolling — we hire when we find the right person
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Location: Berlin (in-person)
• Extension opportunity: Based on your performance and interest, we may offer a continuation into a longer-term role.
