What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Go-To-Market Strategy & Transformation and SAP Executive Advisory Board

Location: All Locations in Germany

Internship duration: Minimum 6 Months

We are looking for a motivated and curious student (f/m/d) who wants to join the Go-To-Market Strategy & Transformation team as an intern, to support the Executive Advisory Board program and special projects for the Go-To-Market Strategy & Transformation Lead.

The Executive Advisory Board (EAB) is a board-sponsored program, hosted by SAP Executive Board member Thomas Saueressig and select Executive Board Members bi-annually. It is composed of a select group of SAP customers representing SAP's customer base (in terms of geography, industry, company size, and SAP footprint). The objective of the EAB is to provide guidance and feedback on SAP strategies to the Executive Board.

The EAB customer members are a defined group of CXOs (e.g., CIO, CTO) or similar executive leaders. Within SAP, the EAB is a trusted source for customer feedback and a customer pulse check. The SAP Global EAB team reports to the Global Head of GTM Strategy and Transformation, and is responsible for managing the planning, preparation, execution, follow-up, and further evolution of this high-profile program end-to-end.

Your Role

Key responsibilities and tasks include (but are not limited to):

  • Support project management with execute day-to-day operations
  • Provide strategic administrative support
  • Manage correspondence EAB Inbox correspondence and documentation
  • Coordinate and executive cross-unit projects and special tasks
  • Communicate with stakeholders within and outside SAP
  • Support event organization and meetings
  • Support agenda tracking and expense reporting

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Management
  • Computer skills: Advanced MS Office Suite knowledge (focus on PowerPoint), Proficient in AI tools and LLMs
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a proactive, structured manner with a hands-on, reliable working style
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility and motivated to work in an international team
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate
  • Responsibility and ability to drive topics open-mindedly and focused on the end-result

Compensation Range Transparency

SAP believes pay transparency is essential for cultivating an honest, supportive, and inclusive culture, representing a significant step in our commitment to leading the way in achieving pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range, which includes both base salary and variable incentive targets for the career level of the posted role. The target range for this position is 0-EUR. The actual amount offered to successful candidates will fall within this range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, and role scope, as determined during the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a target amount, with the actual payout depending on both company and individual performance.
