What You'll Build
You will support the global Max Success Plan team in their daily work to ensure our customers’ success. They are SAP’s biggest and most strategic customers. Your focus will be on business administration, as well as internal and external communications. We are looking for a committed and passionate working student to support with the following:
- Creative conception, development, and production of communications assets such as videos, social media assets, blog posts, and presentations to present our offerings to internal and external stakeholders
- Support in organizing customer events (on global and regional level)
- Orchestrate meetings and workshops with a broad set of stakeholders, incl. alignment of schedules, planning of content and location, and execution
- Close alignment with a skilled team and connection to higher management will provide you with a broad insight into a global business that is crucial to the success of SAP’s most strategic customers.
- You’ll be in touch with many stakeholders inside and outside the PE organization which is an excellent position to start establishing your own network
- Get to know professional communication – for both internal and external audiences
- The preferred starting date is July 1, 2026
- Bachelor or Master student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Located in / around Walldorf, so you can benefit from coming to the office and meeting the core team in person on a regular basis
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Corporate Communications, (Online) Marketing, Event Management, English / Economics studies, or related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with video production (e.g. Camtasia) and social media content creation are additional assets
- Very good English and basic German skills (spoken and written)
- Creative mindset and drive to execute new ideas
- Strong organizational skills, reliable team player, ability to prioritize and multi-task, attention to detail
- Knowledge of design- and video-editing tools (Adobe, Canva) is a plus
- Previous work experience (including as working student or intern) in a corporate environment and/or in corporate communications are a plus
