About The Role

Ready to put your creative skills to work where they’ll be seen and make a real impact? Join our Corporate Communications & Events team and help shape how RWEST tells its story — from internal channels to international events. You’ll bring fresh ideas, turn concepts into visuals that resonate, and see your designs come to life in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.

  • Create high-quality visual assets for digital and print, aligned with RWEST’s corporate design guidelines.
  • Develop compelling ideas and translate them into clear, simple visual concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Design visuals and graphics for internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, screens).
  • Shape visual concepts for national and international trade fairs and events, from concept to delivery.
  • Conduct image research and carry out professional image editing to elevate our content.
  • Manage multiple requests and timelines in a fast-paced setting, maintaining consistent, high-quality design across stakeholders and channels.

Job Requirements And Experience

  • Currently studying graphic design, communication design or a comparable field.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Keen eye for design, a high level of creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
  • Reliable, proactive and committed — you take ownership, make informed decisions and deliver quality under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative and curious — you seek and give feedback, speak up with ideas, value diverse perspectives and act as #TeamRWE while prioritising health and safety.

Advantageous, But Not Essential

  • Experience with motion design or basic video editing.
  • Familiarity with content creation and visual storytelling.
  • Initial experience working with corporate design guidelines or in a corporate environment.

What we value most is someone who continuously demonstrates courage, thrives to create impact and seeks to build trusting, collaborative relationships. So, even if you think you do not yet display all of the skills listed above we would still like to hear from you.

Further we welcome applications from individuals who may not be able to commit to full-time roles. At RWEST, finding the right person for the job is our top priority, and we are willing to explore flexible arrangements.
