Deine Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent/in (m/w/d) im Bereich Human Resources unterstützt du uns aktiv in verschiedenen HR-Themen – mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Recruiting und Employer Branding.

Konkret Heißt Das

• Mitarbeit im Recruitingprozess: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen, Bewerbermanagement und Kommunikation mit Kandidat:innen
• Personalmarketing & Employer Branding: Entwicklung kreativer Inhalte für unsere Karrierekanäle (z. B. Social Media, Karriereseite), Recherche zu Trends im Employer Branding
• Administrative Unterstützung: Pflege von Bewerber- und Mitarbeiterdaten, Erstellung von Auswertungen und Präsentationen
• Projektarbeit: Übernahme kleiner HR-Projekte zur Optimierung interner Prozesse
• Allround-Talent: Unterstützung des HR-Teams im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei übergreifenden HR-Themen
  
  

Das Bringst Du Mit

• Du bist immatrikuliert in einem Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftspsychologie, BWL, (Wirtschafts-)Pädagogik, Kommunikationswissenschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Erste Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich (z. B. durch Praktika) sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und proaktiv
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen zeichnen dich aus
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise auch gute Englischkenntnisse
