Über die Stelle

Als Werkstudent Systems Development unterstützt Du unser Development‑Team bei QIAGEN in der Entwicklung innovativer Automationslösungen für die cfDNA‑Analyse. In dieser Rolle arbeitest Du hands‑on im Labor und wirkst aktiv an Entwicklungs‑ und Optimierungsprojekten mit. Du erhältst wertvolle Einblicke in industrielle Entwicklungsprozesse im regulierten Umfeld und kannst Dein theoretisches Wissen direkt in die Praxis umsetzen. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Systems Development, Engineering und angrenzenden Funktionen zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Labortätigkeiten im Rahmen der Entwicklung von Automationslösungen für cfDNA
• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Entwicklungsversuchen
• Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Experimenten im Laborumfeld
• Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Prototypen
• Dokumentation von Ergebnissen gemäß internen Qualitäts‑ und Entwicklungsstandards
• Unterstützung des Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft der Systementwicklung
  
  

Dein Profil

• Eingeschriebener Studentin im Bereich Biotechnologie, Molekularbiologie, Biologie, Chemieingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung
• Interesse an Laborarbeit und an technischen bzw. automatisierten Systemen
• Erste praktische Erfahrung im Labor (z. B. durch Praktika oder Studium) von Vorteil
• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit
• Gute Deutsch‑ oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, Dich aktiv einzubringen
