Working Student (m/f/d)

At Pentos, we are looking for a Working Student to support our Project Services team. In this role, you will support project administration by setting up and maintaining project and resource data, assisting with invoicing, and contributing to project controlling activities. Key responsibilities:

• Project Setup: Create and maintain projects in our project management tool following established guidelines. Review information and coordinate with project managers.
• Staff Resource Management: Create and maintain staff resources in our project management tool and coordinate with the Human Resources team when required.
• Invoicing: Support the monthly invoicing process based on approved project hours in coordination with the respective project managers.
• Project Controlling: Support with various project controlling tasks according to business needs and your qualifications.

Your Profile:

• Enrolled student (m/f/d): all fields of study are welcome; Business Administration, Controlling, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluent German (minimum C1) is required.
• Good working proficiency in English is required, although it does not need to be as advanced as your German.
• A reliable, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
