As a Working Student in Blade Engineering Support, you will support a global team providing technical expertise for blade-related incidents on wind turbines. You will contribute to technical documentation, engineering support activities, and process improvement initiatives within the blade technology environment. This role combines technical analysis, engineering communication, and collaboration in an international setting.

YOUR TASKS

  • You create, review, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including repair instructions and engineering guidance documents
  • You provide technical support to internal stakeholders and support the resolution of blade-related engineering topics
  • You assist large-scale projects involving blade technology and contribute to technical project activities
  • You support the Blade Engineering Support team in analyzing technical information and preparing engineering deliverables
  • You collaborate with colleagues on process improvement initiatives within the blade engineering and technology environment
  • You prepare technical summaries, reports, and project-related documentation for internal stakeholders
  • You contribute to maintaining structured engineering knowledge and technical documentation standards

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are currently enrolled in an Engineering, STEM, or comparable degree program
  • You are fluent in English, and knowledge of German and/or Spanish is considered an advantage
  • You have advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • You have experience writing technical reports and presenting technical information in a structured manner
  • You have experience with data analysis and Power BI
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • You ideally have knowledge of composite materials, wind energy, SharePoint, Copilot, or Power Automate
