As a Working Student in our Accounting & Finance team, you will support day-to-day financial operations and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. This is a great opportunity to apply your academic knowledge, develop practical skills, and contribute to real business processes.
What To Expect
Your Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Support automated workflows from our Pre-accounting tool, Payhawk, into the ERP System NetSuite
- Help prepare financial reports and documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
- Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in accounting and financial processes
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS or HGB is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
- Fluent in English and German
