Founders Associate (GTM) Intern

About The Role

We’re looking for a Founders Associate (GTM) Intern who works closely with our CEO and Co-Founder to help drive the most important initiatives in a fast-growing early-stage startup.

You’ll support strategic projects across Sales, Product, and Operations, talk to leads and customers on a daily basis, prepare sales and marketing material, and help turn ideas into execution. You’ll work hands-on with the founders in a dynamic environment, taking ownership of high-impact projects and contributing directly to the company’s growth and decision-making.

You will be working on

• Working directly with the CEO & Co-Founder on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives
• Identifying and qualifying new customer opportunities, building target account lists, and supporting outbound GTM activities
• Supporting fundraising (Seed round), investor communication & reporting
• Creating and improving sales materials, pitch decks, internal presentations, and other marketing material
• Helping build and document internal processes in a fast-moving startup environment
• Taking ownership of ad-hoc projects that need to be driven forward quickly and reliably
• Acting as a sparring partner to founders and helping turn ideas into execution
  
  

We're looking for

• You are entrepreneurial, hands-on, and not afraid to dive into topics outside your comfort zone
• You are highly motivated and want to learn how a startup is built from the inside
• You thrive on talking to people, building relationships, and turning conversations into opportunities
• You have a strong eye for design and can create clear, compelling sales, investor, and marketing materials
• You’re ambitious, resilient and willing to work in a fast-moving, hands-on environment with a higher intensity than a corporate job
• You work well in a team while also taking ownership when something needs to be driven forward
• You want to work in-person in our Munich office with 1 day/week remote possible
• You are fluent in German and English

We’re building the AI operating system for manufacturing service teams.

The service business offers manufacturing companies a major strategic opportunity: it can contribute up to 50% of revenue and is also characterised by significantly higher margins than new business. About the Founders: We are Benedikt and Etienne, the co-founders of lytra.

• Etienne has an academic background in mechanical engineering and innovation management. He has worked at industry leaders such as BMW or Mercedes-Benz and successfully founded Spreadly before starting lytra.
• Benedikt has an academic background in computer science and media, as well as AI and was lead software engineer and one of the first employees at iAtros. In this role, he was instrumental to the company’s successful exit to Avi Medical.
