Du…

• studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Sales, Marketing, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen verwandten Bereich – oder überzeugst uns einfach durch deine bisherige Erfahrung im Bereich Operations, Customer Success oder Growth
• verstehst, wie die digitale Welt und ihre Akteure funktionieren
• besitzt eine hohe Tech-Affinität und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe für neue Software, CRM-Systeme und Support-Tools
• verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• hast Interesse an Sales und Growth und bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit, um operative "Testballons" erfolgreich in die Luft zu bringen
• arbeitest zielorientiert, strukturiert und bringst die nötige Eigenverantwortung mit, um Projekte eigenständig voranzutreiben
• hast analytische Fähigkeiten und eine datengetriebene Herangehensweise
• besitzt idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in der Creator Economy

• Projektbasierte Unterstützung: Du begleitest vielseitige Projekte im Operations-Department und sorgst dafür, dass diese effizient umgesetzt werden
• Growth & Operative Testballons: Du unterstützt bei operativen Growth-Maßnahmen und hilfst uns dabei, neue Ansätze schnell und agil zu testen
• System- & Tech-Stack-Optimierung: Du schaust dir unsere Tools und das aktuelle Setup genau an, erstellst aussagekräftige Dokumentationen und zeigst uns aktiv Optimierungspotenziale auf
• Social Media & digitale Kanäle: Du beobachtest relevante Plattformen und Foren, um Trends und Feedback in unserem Marktumfeld frühzeitig zu erkennen
• Customer Success & Support: Du unterstützt operativ im Kundensupport (E-Mail/Digitale Kanäle) und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden den größtmöglichen Nutzen aus Linkvertise ziehen
• Feedbackmanagement: Du hilfst dabei, Kundenfeedback zu strukturieren und in konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge für unsere Produkte zu übersetzen
• Reporting: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Berichten und KPIs, um unsere Erfolge messbar zu machen

You…

• are studying Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a related field – or impress us with your hands-on experience in Operations, Customer Success, or Growth
• understand how the digital world and its stakeholders operate
• have a strong affinity for technology and quickly adapt to new software, CRM systems, and support tools
• are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
• are interested in Sales and Growth and bring a hands-on mentality to successfully launch and test new operational initiatives
• work in a goal-oriented and structured way, taking ownership to independently drive projects forward
• have strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• ideally have initial experience or knowledge in the creator economy

• Project-based support: You contribute to a variety of projects within the Operations department and ensure their efficient execution
• Growth & operational experiments: You support growth initiatives and help us test new ideas quickly and pragmatically
• System & tech stack optimization: You analyze our tools and current setup, create clear documentation, and proactively identify optimization opportunities
• Social media & digital channels: You monitor relevant platforms and forums to identify trends and gather market feedback early
• Customer Success & Support: You support our customer service operations (email and digital channels) and help ensure our users get the most out of Linkvertise
• Feedback management: You help structure customer feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements
• Reporting: You assist in creating reports and tracking KPIs to make our success measurable
