Job Description

Let’s shoot for the stars:

Limehome is building something rare in hospitality: a tech-enabled operator that treats revenue not as a spreadsheet exercise, but as a full-contact commercial sport.

This summer we want an entrepreneurial intern to go after exactly that. You’ll help drive local B2B sales across our DACH portfolio and support the commercial launch of two brand-new Limehome properties in Bremen (~250 rooms combined). It’s about as close as it gets to running a P&L without founding a company yourself.

This is not a coffee-and-copy internship. From week one you’ll be on the phone with local procurement managers, building a real pipeline and watching your work show up in occupancy. If you want to own something - really own it - read on.

How You’ll Be Hosting With Heart

Local B2B Sales & Outreach

  • Identify and convert local demand generators near our properties - SMEs, hospitals, universities, construction sites and recurring corporate travelers - into direct, contracted bookings.
  • Work warm leads prepared with our central B2B team: run discovery calls, qualify needs, and pitch the right offer (block rates, one monthly invoice, kitchen + workspace).
  • Turn OTA leads into direct relationships - companies already booking us via Booking.com - using their own booking data as your opener.
  • Keep a clean pipeline in the CRM and follow through from first call to signed arrangement.

New Property Launch - Bremen (~250 rooms)

  • Support the commercial launch of two new Bremen properties: map local demand, build the target list, and open conversations with nearby companies before and during opening.
  • Travel to Bremen during the launch phase to build relationships on the ground.
  • Help shape launch pricing and channel visibility so the properties ramp occupancy fast.

Job Requirements

What you need to shoot for the stars:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Economics, Hospitality, Finance or a related analytical field - or simply between roles and hungry for a high-impact project.
  • Available for a full-time internship over the summer or a ~3–5 month engagement. Munich-based, and willing to travel to Bremen during the launch.
  • Hands-on and entrepreneurial - comfortable picking up the phone to pitch a local hospital or construction-site procurement manager.
  • Analytical and structured, with solid Excel / Google Sheets skills (bonus: any CRM or data tools).
  • Fluent German and good English. German is essential for local B2B outreach in our DACH markets.
  • A self-starter who wants real ownership - not a checklist.

We're Designed To Stay Because

  • Onboarding and Feedback: We make sure that you’ll have a smooth start through our well thought-out onboarding process. Develop yourself through constant feedback and peer reviews.
  • Oneteam: A transparent company culture with team stand-ups, regular all-hands, suite company events (Summer, Wiesn).
  • Everything for our limehomies: Up to 24 paid vacation days in a year, discounts at Urban Sports Club, support with mental health (Nilo.health), staycations in one of our suite Limehomes, and many more benefits.
  • Competitive Salary: live comfortably in Munich as a working student with our salary of €15/17 per hour, as a voluntary/mandatory intern with our salary of €2300/1650 per month.
  • Free Drinks and Snacks : We always provide fresh fruit, healthy snacks and chocolate, as well as juices and coffee.
